First: Return and Exchange Conditions
Returns or exchanges can be requested within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

The product must be:

In its original condition and unused.

Unopened (for electrical and electronic products).

In its original packaging and undamaged.

Accompanying the invoice or proof of purchase.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or receipt of the wrong product, Tharaya Home will bear all shipping costs.

Second: Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Electrical products that have been used or opened.

Products displayed as “final clearance offers.”

Small household items (such as small kitchen utensils or accessories) if they have been used or opened.

Any product damaged due to misuse or failure to follow operating instructions.

Third: Order Process

Please provide us with your order number, product name, and the reason for your return or exchange request.

We will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm your order and explain the shipping procedures.

Fourth: Refund Policy
After we receive the product and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to the same payment method within 7–14 business days.

If payment was made upon delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or e-wallet.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of error on our part.
